All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. All product pricing is subject to change without notice. Should there be any error or omission, Mad About Biking CC has the right within its sole discretion to inform you of this and not to accept any transaction.

We have attempted to be as accurate as possible with the description of our products.
Transactions
Mad About Biking CC will only accept financial transactions once payment has been processed and your account has been debited. In the case of credit card orders, Mad About Biking CC reserves the right to request faxed copies of the front and back of the credit card and a letter authorizing the transaction.
Out of Stock Items
Should an item be out of stock, we will inform you immediately and if payment has been made, we will either refund the monies paid or hold your payment until stock has been received. Mad About Biking CC cannot guarantee that items ordered will be available at all times.
Postage
The cost of standard surface mail within the borders of South Africa is included in the cost of the item ordered. Should you wish to have your purchase/s couriered or sent priority mail, a separate quotation will be supplied to you and you will be charged accordingly. Mad About Biking CC takes no responsibility for the loss of purchase/s once they have been dispatched and have entered the mailing cycle. Should you wish to insure the postage of your purchase/s a quotation will be supplied upon request and you will be charges accordingly.
Subscriptions
Mad About Biking CC is a distribution agent for MO Medien Verlag GmbH based in Germany. Although MO Medien Verlag has provided Mad About Biking with every assurance that it intends to continue publishing the BMW Motorcycle Magazine, in the unlikely event that MO Medien Verlag ceases to publish the magazine Mad About Biking CC will not be held liable for outstanding subscriptions or refunds however Mad About Biking will use its best endeavors to secure refunds from MO Medien Verlag on behalf of outstanding subscriptions.
